WEEK 5 100 HR PROJECT

This week for my one hundred hour project I did things like biking to school then biking up the Aotea hill which takes about 20-30 minutes from school. I did it with Dylan, Jake and Jacob and it was so tiring because it was so hot and it was mostly uphill.

I also had rugby training where we did a 10 minute run around all of ngati toa then onto the beach then back to where we started. We had some sprinting races with the forwards and the backs.The forwards were about 10 meters in front of the backs and the back had to try and catch them. After that we did some ball skills for about an hour then we played a game of touch rugby.

  4. That sounds like great training! Congratulations on making it into the athletics team. I'm sure all that training will pay off. Biking is fun and also a great way to keep fit. Keep it up!
