This week for my one hundred hour I walked home, did rugby practice and played basketball.

We won our basketball 30-17. It was Paremata VS Windley. It was really tiring because it was my first game playing full-court defence instead of half-court defence.

I went to rugby practice and we played a game of tackle, did a 5 minute jog around the field, passing drills, skills and tackling the pads.

For my next rugby practice we did a jog around the field then split up into backs and forwards. We did some skills and then joined back up with the forwards. We then did some tackle practice and running into the pads with the ball.

I also walked home and it took about 30-45 minutes twice.
